Acorn Rolls-Out J R Training Success

J R Industries has completed a major training programme in harness with Wales's largest recruitment and training provider Acorn. A longstanding recruitment and training client of Acorn,    J R has put 25 of its staff through a sought-after apprenticeship programme delivered by a team headed by Acorn Training Corporate Development Manager Ann Dwyer.

The achievement has been marked by a presentation to the staff who have successfully gained Modern Apprenticeship qualifications in manufacturing, team leading, warehousing and distribution; and business administration.

Julia Lovegrove, J R's HR Manager, said, "J R Industries is committed to delivering a full package of training initiatives to our workforce, a process we firmly believe underpins our business performance. We have forged a strong and successful relationship with Acorn over many years and are pleased with the outcome of the latest 25 Modern Apprenticeships."
