Thierry joined JR in 1997 to open JR Industries in France. Through strong working relationships with customers, good organisational skills and fostering a loyal, skilled and dedicated workforce he has headed the growth of JR France.
Thierry started his career in sales for a commercial building shutter supplier before moving into the commercial vehicle shutter industry at a competitor business.

Isabelle Grillon
Office Manager
Isabelle was the first employee recruited for JR Industries in France. Since joining JR she has worked across all office functions and is currently responsible for sales co-ordination, finance and personnel.

Maxime has worked in sales and technical roles throughout his career. Maxime’s natural empathy with customers and technical expertise will contribute to the continued expansion of JR in France.
